If you have not heard of Shilajit, it is time to know more about this powerful substance with thousands of years of Ayurvedic tradition behind it.

There are two methods for you to take the daily shilajit. If you prefer simple and effective way of taking shilajit, please directly place it straight under your tongue to achieve better sublingual absorption.

3. Before removing the protective seal, please put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, which will help to easily remove the Shilajit stuck under the seal.

4. The texture of Shilajit will change according to the ambient temperature. It will become soft and sticky when exposed to heat (warm), and hardened when exposed to cold (cool). If it looks a bit dry, place the container in a warm place for 20 minutes to soften or you can add a little drinking water to it and stir after 2 hours.

5. Please store the shilajit resin in a dry, dark, room temperature (77℉) place.
